| This is the view of the new exhaust fan in the bathroom.
This fan replaces a duplicate model which had extensive corrosion
and problems with motor bearings. The previous owner had this fan
vented directly into the arrounding insulation causing extensive
moisture problems and the corrosion in the enclosure. This new
installation, now vents the exhaust through attic space to the
outside and meets current code requirements. The fun part of this
project was fishing the exhaust duct through an attic space that
was not truly accessible and making the connections to the new
outside vent. |
